Contact SebastianProtein Bake Mix is a neutral-tasting mix for sweet and savoury baking recipes. The pack contains 480 g, providing 20 portions of 24 g.
Preparation+
For one pancake, preheat a non-stick pan on a low heat. Mix 24 g (3 tablespoons) of powder with 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of water. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it. Cook over a low heat for 2–3 minutes until golden, then turn and cook the other side.

Whey protein concentrate (milk), gluten-free wholegrain oat flour, whole egg powder, calcium caseinate (milk), baking powder (raising agents (potassium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), rice flour), gluten-free wheat dextrin.
