Preparation+
Gently shake the closed container before use, as the contents may settle. Mix two scoops (26 g) with 250 ml cold semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 250 ml fortified soya drink, then shake or blend. The manufacturer also mentions combining Formula 1 with Protein Drink Mix and water; follow the corresponding preparation quantities for that Protein Drink Mix. The serving values below apply only to the stated milk or soya-drink preparations.
